. We seek a strong, innovative leader to take on the role of Advertising Manager
, overseeing advertising strategy, execution, and client success
.
This is a client-facing leadership role where success is measured by:

Advertising Performance – Optimizing ACOS, ROAS, and full-funnel media strategies. - ✅
Account Growth – Driving revenue growth through PPC, DSP, and retail media. - ✅
Team Leadership – Managing and mentoring an advertising team. - ✅
Process & Strategy Innovation – Improving campaign efficiencies and staying ahead of industry changes. - ✅
Client Retention & Satisfaction – Delivering results and building strong brand partnerships.
This position reports to senior leadership and plays a pivotal role in client growth, team development, and service innovation

A successful Advertising Manager at Bella Vix will:
Leadership & Team Management- Be the primary point of contact for advertising strategy across assigned accounts.
- Lead a team of Advertising Specialists
, ensuring execution meets world-class standards
. - Hold team members accountable for performance, deadlines, and quality
. - Develop and train specialists to improve advertising knowledge and execution skills.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric, results-based team culture
. - Oversee advertising growth strategies focusing on PPC and DSP across brands.
- Own full-funnel advertising
, including search, display, and video campaigns. - Ensure advertising objectives align with brand goals to maximize ROI and market share.
- Lead ad strategy innovation
, continuously improving processes and testing new approaches. - Identify new advertising opportunities
, including expanding to emerging retail media networks
.
- Serve as the lead advertising strategist
, providing direct guidance to clients. - Ensure routine client communication
, setting expectations and delivering insights. - Provide regular performance updates, QBRs, and data-driven recommendations
. - Collaborate with
Marketplace Strategists
to align advertising with overall marketplace growth.
- Improve internal workflows and SOPs to drive efficiency.
- Support the sales team with audits, case studies, and advertising insights
. - Stay ahead of Amazon and Walmart advertising trends
, implementing best practices. - Own budget forecasting, ad spend tracking, and campaign performance reporting.
- Dress appropriately – Business casual for client calls, relaxed for internal meetings.
- Stay organized and manage workloads effectively
, prioritizing high-impact tasks. - Demonstrate leadership in a remote setting
, maintaining clear communication and accountability. - Maintain a growth-oriented mindset

As an Advertising Manager, you will be in charge of leading a team that can implement the right strategies to meet our partners’ goals; effective and efficient internal operations focusing on reporting and general deliverables, clear and concise communications between internal and external partners, and participation in the blog and future marketing efforts contributing to industry-leading strategies, best practices, and innovation in the eco-system.
