• Work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Assist with activities of daily living (shower, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
• Maintain State CNA/STNA certification and complete required coursework.

• State CBT / STNA certification (or completion of State-approved course) required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a caregiving team.
• Physical ability to perform routine nursing tasks.
