$35.00/hr - $45.00/hr

• Provision of nursing care; including assessments, treatments, diagnostic procedures, and patient education based on plan of care and physician’s orders.
• Observe signs and symptoms, reactions to treatment, drug response/interactions and changes in the patient’s condition; with appropriate follow up in care and reporting to supervisor or physician as needed.
• Coordinates care, creating plans of care for in home aides as needed with patient/responsible party, physician, other disciplines and or internal and external resources.
• Documents accurately, objectively and timely in accordance with regulations and agency policy/procedures.
• Performs Supervisory visits for patients and in home aides.
• Performs Training and Orientation for all newly hired in home aides annually and at hire.
• Participates in multi-disciplinary team meetings weekly.
• Participates in learning and job-enhancement activities as directed by the supervisor.

• Prior Home Care Experience or Educator experience is a plus (2+ years).
• A positive attitude.
• Punctuality.
• Excellent time management, organizational and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent planning, organizational and reporting skills.
• Bi-Lingual (Russian/English; Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.
• Current NC or multi-State RN License.
• Current Driver’s License and automobile liability insurance issued in NC.
