Vivo Health Staff is recruiting for a Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a locum assignment performing home‑based primary care visits Monday through Friday.

• Contract Type: 1099 Locum Tenens
• Start Date:
  
  ASAP thru December 2025
• Location:
  
  Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 4–6 patients per day
• Setting:
  Home visits – all patients are scheduled in advance

• Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board Certification required
• Prior experience with home‑based care preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Comfortable working independently in the field
