About the jobThe SAS Landscaping department is looking for a Senior Landscaper to help us maintain the campus of our World Headquarters. Our team gets to work on a wide variety of projects throughout the year, from basic maintenance, to landscape revitalization, and beyond.
As a team member, you will work closely with others to ensure our campus remains beautiful and a great place to work. Your input will be valued, your skills will be appreciated, and you will have plenty of opportunities to expand your knowledge of landscaping in the modern world.
As a Senior Landscaper, you will:- Conduct turf maintenance, including mowing, backpack blowing, weed-eating, edging, and preparing lawns for initial seeding.
- Fertilize and overseed lawns.
- Provide irrigation installation and maintenance.
- Conduct chemical application when needed.
- Properly prune trees and shrubs.
- Remove snow and ice from streets, sidewalks, and parking lots.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Associate’s degree in Horticulture preferred.
- Requires a minimum of four years landscaping experience without degree, Minimum two years’ experience with a degree.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
- Ability to operate all hand tools, small power mowers, edger, weed-eaters, and chain saws.
- Ability to follow simple verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer skills.
