Our client is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to contribute to their manufacturing excellence in Benoni . This role is essential for ensuring that all products meet rigorous quality standards and regulatory requirements through robust testing and process monitoring. You will work closely with production, engineering, and R&D teams to implement and maintain quality management systems, identify areas for improvement, and drive a culture of quality throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of QA methodologies and a passion for ensuring product integrity.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations and certifications.
- Prepare quality reports and documentation for management review and regulatory bodies.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or in a similar quality control role within manufacturing.
- Solid understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP).
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
