Responsibilities

Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly

  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications



Key Responsibilities :

Execute Proven Lead Generation Systems Weekly: Put your prospecting and lead generation skills to work every week to ensure a consistent pipeline of potential clients.

Consult with Buyers: Engage with buyers, convert them with signed buyer agreements, and identify the perfect homes to meet their needs.

Negotiate Offers: Act as a skilled negotiator for your sellers and buyers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for their real estate transactions.

Track Tasks and Activities: Utilize our cutting-edge PLACE Technology to stay organized and on top of your tasks and activities.

Conduct Open Houses: Host two open houses monthly to showcase properties and connect with potential buyers.

Convert Prospects to Appointments: Your ability to turn prospects into appointments is vital to your success in this role.

Participate in Weekly Script Practice: Hone your communication skills by participating in our weekly script practice sessions according to team standards.

Team Activities: Collaborate with our dynamic team and participate in team activities per our standards.

Commit to Ongoing Training: Dedicate yourself to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls to continually sharpen your skills.

Consult with Sellers: Work with sellers, convert them to listings, and expertly market their homes.

Expertise in Pricing Strategies: Demonstrate your expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
