• Prepare and execute each menu selection with consistency to delight our guests
• Have an authentic enthusiasm for food and a genuine concern for the needs of our guests
• Work efficiently and effectively
• Assist with keeping the kitchen organized and clean
• Have strong knowledge of how to set up, break down and maintain your individual station
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety at all times

• Schedule availability to include working days, nights and weekends
