SAGE Dining Services® is seeking reliable Dishwashers for a private school dining hall in Cary, NC. Here you will be a part of a team with scratch-cooked food that is exciting, nutritious, and sustainable food. We provide continuous training to enable you to rise within our organization.

- Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
- Rotate products in inventory.
- Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes.
- Set-up and break down the dish machine and sanitizing equipment.
- Bag all garbage and boxes and disposing these in appropriate dumpsters.
- Adhere to SAGE’s safety and allergy prevention policies.
- Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
- Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.
- Strong organizational skills, including but not limited to time management and ensuring proper care in the use, maintenance, and storage of equipment and supplies.
- Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
- Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
