$17.00/hr - $20.00/hr

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Precisely match vendor invoices with purchase orders and verify billing accuracy.
• Promptly flag and investigate any inconsistencies in pricing, quantity, or shipping charges.
• Enter invoices into the accounting system.
• Communicate with vendors effectively via email and phone.
• Identify, document, and file damage/defective claims with vendors to ensure the company receives all entitled credits.
• Travel between three local store locations each week.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy in reviewing invoices, identifying discrepancies, research, and problem solving.
• Self-Disciplined: Proven ability to manage a 25-hour weekly workload.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledgeable about Google Sheets, Trello, and experience with accounting software.
• Communication: Strong email and phone communication skills.
• Reliability: Ability to meet weekly deadlines for invoice processing and flexibility to adjust priorities.

  Critical thinking skills in regard to following up with vendors, store managers, and bookkeeper.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Schedule: 25 hours per week (Flexible hours to be coordinated with management).

Travel: Minimal travel required to North Carolina store locations
