Neighbor Up seeks an Assistant Manager to help direct daily retail priorities at the Cary campus. You will supervise staff and volunteers across the Dorcas Thrift Shop and Dorcas Vintage & Home, oversee donation intake, and manage the sales lifecycle with a strong focus on customer care.
You will train volunteers, ensure SOP compliance, and support opening/closing duties while maintaining a tidy, safe store environment for customers and team members.
