• Maintain knowledge of spa services and menu offerings.
• Answer phones, book appointments, and manage client files.
• Help uphold spa cleanliness and organization.
• Support team operations with various front desk responsibilities.

• Base pay + commissions on memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades. (Our 2025 average hourly rate is $15.84, with top associates earning up to $20/hr.)

• Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Full-time:
  Flexibility for a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts (all staff work at least one Sat or Sun shift).
• Part-time:
  At least one evening and one weekend shift required.
