At Auto Park Chrysler Jeep, we are seeking a knowledgeable and customer‑focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This role requires engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them in selecting the right vehicle while providing a positive buying experience.

• Build rapport with customers to understand their automotive needs.
• Provide guidance on vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle benefits.
• Assist with the purchase process and complete necessary paperwork.
• Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Negotiate sales prices and lease payments with customers, sales managers, and F&I personnel.

• Experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Proficient in computer systems and sales software.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean motor vehicle record.
• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
