KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Visit salons,spas,andbeautystudioswithinanassignedterritoryorregion.
- Presentandexplaintheproductline,ingredients,andbenefitstosalonownersandstaff.
- Buildandmaintainrelationshipswithsalonownerstodriverepeatbusiness.
- Generatenewleadsandonboardnewsalonandspaaccounts.
- Achievemonthlyandquarterlysalestargets.
- Gathermarketfeedbackandreportoncompetitoractivity.
- MaintainaccurateCRMrecordsofvisits,orders,andfollow-ups.
- Highschooldiplomarequired;
Associate'sor Bachelor'sdegreeaplus. - 1–3yearsoffieldsalesorbeautyindustryexperiencepreferred(cosmetics,salon products,FMCG,orretail).
- Entry-levelcandidateswithstrongcommunicationskillsandawillingnesstotravelwillbeconsidered.
- ValidU.S.driver'slicenseandreliablepersonalvehiclerequiredforlocalandregionaltravel.
- Strong communication,presentation,andnegotiationskills.
- Professionalappearanceandcomfortdemonstratingbeautyproductsinperson.
- Basicproductoringredientknowledgeofcosmeticsorskincareisaplus.
- Self-motivated,target-driven,andabletoworkindependently.
- Mustbelegallyauthorizedtoworkinthe United States .
