Job Skills / Requirements

• A customer service professional with reception/lobby experience is a plus.
• Physical security experience with access control software is preferred but not a requirement.
• Professional appearance & demeanor are critical to ensure proper representation of Corporate Security.
• Must be dependable, punctual, flexible, and willing to take on new assignments as the Client’s needs change and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented are important qualities due to the high level of activity within the department.

The chosen candidate would work part time, Monday – Friday 2pm-6pm (20 hours per week); however additional hours may be available. The Receptionist Security Officer must have excellent customer service and communication skills. They must be able to multitask and complete all assignments given.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
