Overview
The Public Safety Officer provides security of patients, visitors, staff and property by patrolling assigned areas, maintaining visitor control and investigating irregularities. Provides information and assistance to patients, visitors, and staff. The Campus Police & Public Safety department promotes a safe and secure environment for staff, patients and visitors. Available 24 hours a day, monitoring emergency security/communications systems within the hospital, investigating irregularities and managing the CCTV surveillance cameras located across the campuses/facilities.

- Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice (Preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 2 Years Security (Preferred)
- 2 Years Law Enforcement (Preferred)
- 2 Years Public Safety (Preferred)
- 2 Years Military (Preferred)
- 2 Years Clinical - EMS or Medical Transport Service (Preferred)
