Working Hours & Schedule

Full time Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Work one weekend every 9 weeks; on‑call required.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of boilers, compressors, and HVAC systems, as well as electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition to interact with residents at varying maturity levels.
  • Able to move intermittently throughout the work day.
  • Preferred: two (2) years experience in similar field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment such as pumps, engines, motors, HVAC systems, refrigeration, and other mechanical or electrical components.
  • Adjust components using electrical meters and testing equipment.
  • Clean and lubricate parts.
  • Test equipment performance and record readings.
  • Install limited plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, electrical devices, refrigeration, and air‑conditioning equipment.
  • Work on a rotation basis with other maintenance personnel for after‑hours and weekend emergencies.
