• Perform maintenance across millwork, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Track facility needs, identify materials and equipment, and maintain records.
• Evaluate work orders, determine scope, and lead installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems.
• Enforce safety, health, and quality procedures to support production.
• Provide customer service to business partners with a sense of urgency.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience with facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of standard tools, equipment, materials, methods, and practices in building maintenance crafts.
• Basic shop math skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from rough sketches, blueprints, and drawings.
