- Perform maintenance across millwork, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Track facility needs, identify materials and equipment, and maintain records.
- Evaluate work orders, determine scope, and lead installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems.
- Enforce safety, health, and quality procedures to support production.
- Provide customer service to business partners with a sense of urgency.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience with facility maintenance.
- Knowledge of standard tools, equipment, materials, methods, and practices in building maintenance crafts.
- Basic shop math skills.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from rough sketches, blueprints, and drawings.
