Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to competently perform maintenance across the apartment community and support the Maintenance Supervisor in managing programs. The role involves handling appliances, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical tasks to ensure timely service requests are completed.
The successful candidate will have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work flexible hours
