DB Global Technology, Inc. (Deutsche Bank Group) is seeking an Assistant Vice President in Cary, NC to participate in the full application development lifecycle for Java applications, microservices, and reusable components.

• Participate in the full application development lifecycle for Java applications, microservices, and reusable components to support overall business objectives.
• Execute migration of applications to Spring Boot, Kafka, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, and Liquibase.
• Develop and integrate Kafka event sourcing for real‑time data processing.
• Design and deploy containerized applications using Docker, orchestrated with Kubernetes and Open Shift for optimized scalability.
• Create and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Integrate Spring Security and Keycloak authentication to ensure secure authentication, authorization, and user identity management.
• Conduct rigorous unit and integration testing; automate workflows using JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber.
• Architect and develop RESTful APIs and microservices to streamline automation processes and efficiently handle high‑volume transactions.
• Optimize database performance for MySQL and Oracle, reducing query execution time and improving system response.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the areas outlined above.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Kafka, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Liquibase, Keycloak, Spring Security, MySQL, Oracle, and RESTful API development.
• Proficiency in unit and integration testing with JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber.
• Experience with automation workflows in CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
