We are looking for a P58 Data Migration/Reporting & Controlling/ Financial Reconciliation‑Project Manager to champion business processes and endorse our global template.

⚡ This is a hybrid role located in Cary, NC;
Malvern, PA;
Tarrytown, NY; or Toronto, Canada.

Responsibilities

• Enablement of key players in the local organization for efficient data‑quality optimization.
• Data validation coordination: manage primary and secondary contacts across all data objects, processes, and businesses.
• Data cleansing: set goals, define methods, and facilitate processes toward load‑cycle target achievement.
• Accountability for definitions and development of processes and tools around successful data migration.
• Set goals for data migration and data quality.
• Key stakeholder communication locally and globally for all businesses.
• Represent the local deployment team to the global data migration team.
• Lead and facilitate NAM data migration activities: define legacy system extract criteria & relevancy rules, perform field & value mapping, define transformation logic.
• Support load‑cycle execution & yield.
• Accountability for NAM data migration load‑cycle measurement & reporting.
• Defect escalation management & resolution support.
• Support country data migration cutover tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of operational experience (highly preferred).
• Dedicated experience with SAP and financial systems.
• Affiliation with InVivo & InVitro (highly preferred).
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills and a strong team player able to work across zones, borders, and cultures.
• Ability to influence and lead large teams for operational success.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Base Pay Range: $141,340 – $194,337

Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
