• Worked extensively on various customization requirements.
• Worked on customizing functionalities like web to case, articles, knowledge and reports.
• Complete ownership of the Salesforce Lightning customization end to end for all customization requirements.
• Good Knowledge in SQL and Testing.
• Build configuration items like Workflows, Validations, profiles, layout designs, design and security settings, assignment rules, users/defining Role Hierarchy, defining Escalation rules etc.

• Strong Experience in different software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall model).
