Children's Fitness Instructor – The Little Gym International

Join The Little Gym team as a Children's Fitness Instructor. If you have tons of energy, love kids, and want to give back to your community, you might be the perfect fit.

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching methods (we’ll train you).
• Be part of a team of instructors who run classes and birthday parties on weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families and ensure a truly magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience—we treat our members like family.
• Be ready to lead. You will positively impact the growth and development of children and families, and you may advance to leadership roles.

• You’re open to being a goofball and love giving high‑5s (background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, dance, or education is a plus).
• You live to serve and make others feel good.
• Kids and parents alike enjoy your presence.
• You have a positive, fun attitude but know when to buckle down and get work done.

• Saturday through Monday – required.
• 15+ hours per week.

Compensation: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour.
