• Develop and deliver data analytics solutions to support business insights.
• Design, maintain, and enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track GA assembly shop performance (Quality, Delivery, Cost).
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and integrate with a centralized data mesh.
• Collect, analyze, and document data from internal and external sources to generate actionable insights.
• Transform data into compelling insights that drive strategic decision‑making and KPI optimization.
• Stay informed on best practices, trends, and innovations in data analytics.
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum (1) year of experience working within automotive or manufacturing.
• Skilled with common workplace software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Detail‑oriented with strong record‑keeping and organizational skills.
• Availability for occasional off‑hours calls.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Tableau expertise, SQL, R, and/or Python is a plus.

• Standing – Frequent/Intermittent up to 4 hours per day.
• Walking – Frequent/Intermittent up to 4 hours per day.
• Sitting – Occasionally/Intermittent up to 8 hours per day.
• Lifting – up to 50 lbs. occasionally/Intermittent.
• Carrying – up to 50 lbs. occasionally/Intermittent.
• Pushing/Pulling – between 50‑100 lbs. occasionally/Intermittent.
