- Customer Transactions:
Handle transactions with customers in person or via the phone, email, and online in an accurate, professional and efficient manner reflective of our vision, core values, and team guidelines and our ability to provide a superior customer experience. - Referrals:
Refer customers to other departments in the bank by looking for opportunities to cross-sell and recognizing customer needs and corresponding solutions. - Deposit Accounts:
Open and service customer accounts in compliance with banking regulations. - Customer Relationships:
Assist in ensuring a positive customer service experience by promoting and keeping open communication lines with all areas of the bank.
Associate’s Degree and 2 years prior banking customer service experience strongly preferred.
