- Base Salary: $155,000 – $245,000 annually (based on experience)
- Incentive Plan: RVU-based productivity bonus

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
- Optionally participate in quality improvement initiatives or public health programs
Minimum Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatrics residency
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics
- Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong commitment to community-based, family-centered care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience serving underserved or high-need populations
