Position Summary:

CVS Rx Services, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Casa Grande, Arizona:
Staff Pharmacist. Dispense drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners and provide information to patients about medications and their use.

Duties include:

• compound and dispense medications issued by authorized medical practitioners
• address clinical effects of drugs, providing counseling, and assisting patients in managing medical conditions
• communicate with customers and patients regarding their confidential health and drug information
• adopt and manage patient care programs
• lead with heart by displaying empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues
• motivate, inspire and develop your pharmacy support staff by balancing assignments that maximize strengths, address development opportunities and decrease knowledge gaps
• identify critical business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy
• implement solutions by leading the team to achieve specified goals
• adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting
• seek new ways to grow, collaborate with others and deliver better outcomes
• align others around purpose to gain support and commitment
• facilitate a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm and pride

Position may require weekly domestic travel and/or work (as needed) at additional pharmacy store locations in Pinal County (AZ) and/or other surrounding counties. Multiple positions.

• Doctor of Pharmacy (or foreign equivalent). Arizona Pharmacy License or ability to obtain one.
• Will also accept Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (or foreign equivalent). Arizona Pharmacy License or ability to obtain one.

Pay Range: $/year to $/year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
