This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. • Drive Quality Excellence: Implement and oversee quality assurance strategies and regulatory requirements to maintain world-class standards.
• Protect Compliance: Assess potential risks, ensure adherence to regulations, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Lead and Inspire: Supervise team activities to uphold quality control across processes, including laboratory studies, clinical research, testing, operations, raw materials, and finished products.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Facilitate audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring readiness and fostering a culture of compliance.
• Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to guarantee their products and services meet organizational quality standards.

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 1 year in a related role.

• Bachelor’s Degree
