As a BCBA you will plan, develop and monitor effective treatment using evidence‑based methods. You will collaborate with team members, service providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate, and provide ongoing training and direct supervision to RBTs. Your work will directly change the lives of individuals with autism and their families.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities- Conduct ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders
- Conduct initial assessments
- Supervise RBTs and conduct training and coaching
- Collaborate with client’s treatment team and families to improve communicative, social and behavioral outcomes for all clients
- Facilitate parent training and support families to access community resources
- Conduct supervision in client’s home and through telehealth
- Must be certified as a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB
- Must have completed the 8‑hour supervisor training through the BACB
- Must maintain a fingerprint clearance card, CPR & first‑aid certification
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and current insurance
- Bilingual ability is a plus
