• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workload effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, pivot, grip, and remain physically active throughout shifts
• Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail and under time constraints

As our full-time Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll lead the daily operations of the housekeeping department, setting the tone each morning by motivating your team, reviewing priorities, and ensuring everyone is prepared for success. You'll inspect guest rooms and public areas, coordinate with the front office, respond to guest needs, monitor inventory, oversee scheduling and training, enforce safety standards, and help maintain exceptional cleanliness scores.

You'll coach team members, support productivity goals, handle service recovery when needed, and occasionally step in to assist with room cleaning, ensuring every guest enjoys a stay that exceeds expectations.
