Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring a Plant Manager to lead the operations of a high-purity chemical manufacturing facility supporting the semiconductor industry. This is a senior-level opportunity to drive safety, quality, and operational excellence at a fast-growing site in Casa Grande, AZ.
OverviewPosition: Plant Manager
Location: Casa Grande, AZ (On-Site)
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay Range: DOE
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, engineering, maintenance, EHS, and quality.
- Drive process stability, reliability, and performance in accordance with safety and regulatory compliance standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
- Champion and foster a strong safety-first culture and lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
- Collaborate with corporate engineering on capacity expansions and technical improvements.
- Manage cross-functional teams to meet production, quality, and delivery KPIs.
- Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 direct reports, setting clear expectations and driving employee engagement.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support quality assurance systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and customer satisfaction goals.
- 12–15+ years of experience in chemical/process manufacturing; minimum 5–8 years in a plant leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven background in EHS compliance, Process Safety Management (PSM), and ISO quality systems.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and operational improvement initiatives.
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP is a plus.
