Key Responsibilities- Work on assigned line to assist with packaging of yogurt containers by way of machine and/or hand packing.
- Manually stack yogurt cases onto pallets according to specified patterns and weight limits to ensure stability during transport.
- Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas.
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations.
- Set up oncoming shift for successful run.
- Perform any duties necessary to support the team.
- Obtain information necessary to perform duties at pre‑shift and post‑shift meetings with off‑going associates.
- Vigilantly monitor equipment operations for indications of impending problems and possible operational improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
