5:30 am to 6 pm

Responsible for the manufacturing of liquid pediatric and medical nutritional products. Involves lifting and physical handling of raw ingredients, operation of computer-controlled systems, and documentation in accordance with work orders and GMP standards.

• Prepare, operate, monitor, and document computer-controlled blending processes.
• Weigh, document, and stage batch ingredients using computer-controlled weigh systems.
• Prepare, operate, monitor, and document computer-controlled clean-in-place (CIP) systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Perform product line work operations (e.g., standardization/final water using ingredients, flavors, oils).
• Maintain GMP compliance through routine cleaning, equipment maintenance, and accurate documentation.
• Receive and transport bulk raw ingredients and CIP chemicals.
• Prepare, operate, monitor, and document bulk slurries for blending operations.
• Prepare, operate, monitor, and document computer-controlled heat treatment processes.
• Perform and support other work-related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Some college or vocational schooling desired.

• Prior food manufacturing or similar batch process experience with emphasis on GMP and computer-controlled systems desired.

• Good written, verbal, computer, and mechanical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work safely in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task, make decisive decisions, and solve problems while maintaining product quality and GMP compliance.
