** What You'll Work On**
* ** Lead and Inspire**:
Supervise a team of skilled professionals, focusing on mentorship, coaching, and collaboration to drive success.
* ** Optimize Operations**:
Oversee the seamless purchase, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished goods to keep production running smoothly.
* ** Ensure Material Flow**:
Manage the handling and timely supply of production materials within the facility, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
* ** Inventory Excellence**:
Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure stock levels meet production needs.
* ** Strategic Planning**:
Forecast material requirements, coordinate supply, and guarantee efficient flow from raw materials to finished goods.
* ** Global Coordination**:
Handle customs, shipping, and logistics to support timely distribution.
* ** Continuous Improvement**:
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across the supply chain.

You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
