Team Lead 3rd Shift - Casa Grande, AZ

Position Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide leadership and direction for the team members in the Production department. This position will be the go to person for all issues involving materials, quality and production runs.

• Verify correct setup of machines for production runs by using documented setup procedures
• Verify the correct quantity of resin bags have been added to mixing tanks to produce gel substance
• Verify all materials have been located to produce daily orders
• Basic troubleshooting of machines and palletizers when they malfunction
• Complete all necessary paperwork and submit to supervisor
• Correctly enter all data into computer system for reports, ensuring accuracy of data
• Collaborate with Maintenance on machine functions and troubleshooting processes
• Participate in Daily Management meetings
• Maintain and improve 5S activities
• Communicate with leadership during your shift on any issues with production.
• Ensure all team members adhere to all EFP, LLC Safety Rules and Policies
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership including assisting other departments when instructed

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and oral
• Technical background – Preferred
