Hexcel invites you to join our Casa Grande, AZ location as an HTP Machine Operator. The role shifts on the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM swing, with a $1.75 per hour premium and progression after orientation.
You will operate adhesive applicators, monitor layups, and manage material inventories while ensuring adherence to Hexcel specifications. Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing experience;
