Nurse Manager

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

This Nurse Manager plans and provides clinical oversight and support to staff and patient care across multiple clinic sites. The role demonstrates clinical expertise in the assigned area and provides leadership in clinical, financial, and personnel management within the region.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related experience, with a Master’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical practice and clinic management, including operational structures, systems, policies, procedures, and processes; demonstrated through a minimum of two years managing a health‑care facility.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience relevant to the patient population.
• Leadership experience including staff management and budget oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, public relations, human relations, and conflict resolution.
• Adept at successful, positive interaction with physicians and employees at all levels of the organization.
• Licensed as a professional nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
