Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health

Starting at $42/hr (Based on Experience)

Join a Mission-Driven Behavioral Health Team in Casa Grande. As a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse, you will support individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises in inpatient and crisis teams.

These full-time roles offer fixed 12-hour shifts in three-day blocks, providing predictable scheduling and true work‑life balance.

• Three consecutive 12-hour shifts – 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Three consecutive 12-hour shifts – 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Starting at $42/hr (based on experience)

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in crisis and inpatient behavioral health units
• Support individuals through detoxification and crisis stabilization
• Complete comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Assist with discharge planning and coordination of community resources
• Maintain a safe, trauma-informed therapeutic environment
• Accurately document care and interventions in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams

• Active Arizona RN license or compact state license (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Experience in crisis and/or inpatient behavioral health (required)
• Ability to work fixed Day or Night 3×12 block schedules
• Strong communication, teamwork, and de-escalation skills
• Open to experienced RNs and passionate new graduates
