Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Position OverviewA long-established and well-respected pediatric clinic in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP/PNP) or Physician Assistant to join its growing care team. This mission-driven role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse pediatric population—all within a predictable weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call.

Base Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 annually (based on experience)

- Provide well-child exams, physicals, and preventive screenings
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Administer and track immunizations in accordance with AAP guidelines
- Provide developmental, nutritional, and family health counseling
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Coordinate care with on-site pediatricians and other clinical staff
- Document all patient encounters accurately in the EHR
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited U.S.
-based NP or PA program (Puerto Rico programs not eligible) - Active Arizona license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certified Pediatric NP (CPNP/PNP) or PA with 2–3 years of pediatric experience
- Current BLS certification
Preferred:
- PALS certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus, not required)
- Commitment to family-centered, culturally sensitive care
