. The role focuses on enrolling new members, supporting their fitness goals, and maintaining a high‑energy, customer‑centric environment.

To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow‑up process to ensure their success.

• Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self‑generated and company‑sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
• Support potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals.
• Member engagement, building and equipment maintenance and safety.
• Membership sales (club and individual—services, products, programs).
• Membership billing, customer service, and information hub (product knowledge, programs, events).

• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Excellent communication and customer service mentality.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
• Extremely organized and capable of multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable with computer/technology; good phone etiquette.
• Available for 20 hours a week, including every Thursday and at least one weekend day.

• Hourly position—potential annual earning $32,000—$62,000 USD.
• Variable income opportunities including commission.
