As a Security Officer Unarmed Site Roving in Casa Grande, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication.

Pay Rate: $22.01 / Hour

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific requirements, supporting an orderly environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervisors.

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
