• Hourly Pay: $34.65 per hour, based on experience
• Overtime paid after 40 hours per week

• Tuesday-Saturday
• Typical start time is between 2:00pm-10:00pm; work until completed (typically 8-10 hours per day).
• Schedule flexibility may be available based on candidate's needs.
• Work schedule may change based on business needs; must be flexible with work schedule.

• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform preventative and as-needed maintenance of diesel trucks and electronic vehicles
• Properly operate the mobile service truck and attend to truck inventory
• Interpret and follow work orders and technical manuals
• Travel to locations to perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance
• Communicate effectively with management, providing detailed breakdowns of service requirements and costs
• Maintain schedules and document completed preventative maintenance and repairs
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems
• Test repaired equipment for proper performance; ensure work meets manufacturer’s specifications according to FMCSR (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations)
• Maintain parts and yard organization (with direction from operations management) to ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Work in Everett, WA shop and in shop locations up to 2 hours away:
  Redmond, Port Orchard, Burlington, and Ferndale

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a mechanic working on medium to light duty trucks
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on air brakes
• Minimum of 1 year of experience managing preventative maintenance programs
• Minimum of 1 year of experience managing preventative maintenance on electronic vehicles (preferred; training available)
• Willing to teach and train candidates with a highly motivated attitude
• ASE Certification is preferred
• Knowledge of air, electronic, braking, and suspension systems as well as general mechanical operation and/or light body repair
• Familiar with FHWA and FMCSR inspections
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds
• Candidate must provide own tools
• Must have a valid and current US driver’s license; no CDL required
