Role & Responsibilities- Inspect the community’s physical condition, identifying unsafe or broken items and initiating corrective action.
- Perform minor and routine repairs—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance—to keep apartment units and common areas in safe, functional condition.
- Assist with groundskeeping tasks including raking, sweeping, shoveling, and moving large items as required.
- Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on all utilities, equipment, and facilities.
- Maintain accurate work logs, incident reports, and progress updates for supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with residents to resolve maintenance requests promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Hands‑on, safety‑focused, and capable of multitasking across multiple priorities.
- Self‑motivated, optimistic, compassionate, organized, and trustworthy.
