Role & Responsibilities
  • Inspect the community’s physical condition, identifying unsafe or broken items and initiating corrective action.
  • Perform minor and routine repairs—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance—to keep apartment units and common areas in safe, functional condition.
  • Assist with groundskeeping tasks including raking, sweeping, shoveling, and moving large items as required.
  • Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on all utilities, equipment, and facilities.
  • Maintain accurate work logs, incident reports, and progress updates for supervisors.
  • Communicate effectively with residents to resolve maintenance requests promptly.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
