Warehouse Supervisor – Vehicle Loading and Racking System into Containers

Location: Casa Grande, AZ

$26.00/hr – $26.00/hr

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of general laborers.
• Ensure vehicles are properly loaded and secured inside containers.
• Oversee installation of racking systems according to specifications.
• Monitor workflow to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Train and mentor team members on safety and operational procedures.
• Conduct safety checks and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Plan and assign personnel, tools, and equipment to optimize operations.
• Monitor usage and availability of materials and equipment related to loading and racking.
• Prepare productivity, quality, and safety reports for management.
• Propose and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risks.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in logistics, warehouse, or automotive operations.
• Knowledge of container loading and racking systems preferred.
• Experience in team management and inventory control.
• Basic knowledge of productivity and safety KPI analysis.
• Ability to implement operational process improvements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
