Un'azienda leader nel settore delle telecomunicazioni cerca una figura per il ruolo di Help Desk di 1° Livello nella sede di Casoria. Il candidato ideale fornirà supporto tecnico su hardware e software, gestirà ticket di assistenza e configurerà nuovi dispositivi. È richiesto un diploma tecnico o laurea in informatica e conoscenze sui sistemi operativi e reti. È prevista formazione continua e la retribuzione sarà definita in fase di colloquio, con un RAL indicativo di €25.000.
