Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Casper, WY. The Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling internal and client communications, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial processes. The Assistant serves as a key team member contributing to a professional, efficient, and organized work environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, task management, and recordkeeping
  • Effective communication skills for client-facing interactions, correspondence, and internal team support
  • Proficiency with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and manage conflicting deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, especially in managing financial data and sensitive client information
  • Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage but not mandatory
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications in office administration or finance is a plus
