Commercial Operations Specialist

Your MissionHOERBIGER Service Inc. is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to join our Casper, Wyoming Service Center team.

This role owns the end-to-end execution of service, repair, and non-routine order activity. The Commercial Operations Specialist serves as a primary operational liaison between customers, sales, shop operations, engineering, supply chain, finance, and service center leadership, ensuring alignment of customer requirements, operational capabilities, and business objectives throughout the order lifecycle. The role manages contained complexity, coordinates cross-functional execution, and resolves issues involving pricing, scope, scheduling, materials, and delivery while maintaining customer commitments and business performance objectives.

The position plays a critical role in aligning customer requirements with operational capabilities while driving accuracy, efficiency, and execution throughout the service process.

How you will make a difference

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and sales representatives regarding repair/service requests, order status, quotations, and delivery commitments.

Coordinate workflow across Sales, Repair Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Resolve material, scheduling, documentation, and order discrepancies.

Maintain accountability for demand created through assigned orders and proactively manage material requirements to support customer needs.

Manage pricing clarification and quote reconciliation using historical information and business judgment.

Support invoice processing and issue resolution to ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely billing.  Coordinate Operations receivable, Operations payable, and other issues with Finance.

Maintain ERP data integrity, execution records, and system compliance throughout the order lifecycle.

What you should be good at Minimum of three years of related experience in service or repair coordination, customer service, commercial support, or a similar role.

Proficiency with ERP systems and a strong understanding of order management processes.

Demonstrated knowledge of repair operations, including workflow management, pricing, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
