We are looking for a Construction Superintendent to join our team!

Knife River Casper is accepting applications for a Construction Superintendent. This is a full‑time position that requires travel to out‑of‑town sites.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and productively perform duties including management and direct involvement of all construction related tasks.
• Work safely and follow all company policies.
• Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel and perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to identify safety and maintenance issues.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in earthwork/site grading, asphalt paving operations, underground utilities, and concrete operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects safely and efficiently.
• Efficient in scheduling equipment and crews, reading plans and specifications.
• Safely and efficiently manage crews to complete work as per plans and specifications.
