• Supervise and coordinate the activities of multiple foremen and their crews within these construction industries:
• Construction (commercial, infrastructure)
• Oil & gas
• Mining
• Manufacturing
• Utilities
• Ensure all work is performed safely, meeting company and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA).
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Allocate workforce, tools, equipment, and materials effectively.
• Review project blueprints, specifications, and plans to ensure work aligns with requirements.
• Monitor quality of work and conduct regular inspections.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve issues related to delays, personnel, equipment, or materials.
• Train and mentor supervisors and workers.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and progress documentation.

• Proven experience as a foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Deep knowledge of construction or trade-specific practices.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• Basic computer and project management software skills.
• Must be dependable and have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment screening, including criminal background check and drug screen.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures, outside majority of the time.
• Work is performed on limited or restricted surfaces.
• Ability to work and maneuver in tight spaces, such as a confined space.
• Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors
• Exposure to areas with limited visibility.
• Climbing up and down stairs and ladders to both get in and out of trenches and up to elevated platforms (scaffolding at significant heights).
• Lifting necessary equipment and materials 1-50 pounds, 50% of the time for required tasks.
• If driving is required, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurability are required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search.
• Use of respirator if position requires.
• Potential or Periodic amounts of time for the following:
• Walking on uneven terrain, with an average of two miles per day
• Standing
• Sit, stoop, crawl, and kneel.
