The
** Service Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator
** is responsible for developing, processing, managing, tracking, and following up with
** service customers**. This role supports the dealership’s service department by managing customer relationships, increasing appointment show rates, improving customer satisfaction, and driving long-term service retention.
** Responsibilities:
*** Manage customer relationship (CR) processes for the
** service department**, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
* Observe, install, and train approved service CR processes.
* Partner with leadership to develop continuous improvement plans through observations and meetings.
* Gather and maintain accurate service customer data to support follow-up and retention efforts.
* Maintain knowledge of service offerings, pricing, promotions, and manufacturer service programs.
* Make outbound and follow-up calls
* Schedule and confirm service appointments
* Follow up after service visits to review customer satisfaction
* Address customer concerns and escalate major issues as needed
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong active listening and customer service abilities
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Effective time management and organizational skills
* Ability to type efficiently
* Basic math and computer skills
* CRM experience preferred but not required
